FEATURED SEASONAL BREADS : IRISH SODA BREAD !!!

    MARCH IS COMING

– THAT MEANS IRISH SODA BREAD WILL BE HERE SOON !!! WE WILL BE FEATURING THIS SIGNATURE SEASONAL BREAD EACH AND EVERY DAY IN THE MONTH OF MARCH. WE ALWAYS RECEIVE MANY INQUIRIES AS TO WHY WE DON’T MAKE THIS BREAD ALL OF THE TIME. HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO HOARD AND STASH AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. HERE AT THE SHOP WE CANNOT WAIT TIL THE 1ST.

POTATO BREAD :
is being featured at the bakery each day. We absolutely love this great bread. We use only freshly baked potatoes along with a combination of unbleached, unbromated bread flour, organic whole grains, and kosher salt to produce these hardy German style loaves. This bread is fantastic with soups and stews; it will also make an amazing Pastrami sandwich.

FOCACCIA FLAVOR OF THE DAY : Goats Cheese, Walnut, & Fresh Rosemary
We are now offering more individually sized focaccia each day. At only $4 each you can feel good about getting one or many.
For busy holidays, Thanksgiving and Xmas, we will also be making our larger version of this killer flat bread in many flavor combinations.
We hope to offer new and more interesting flavor combinations, while not totally abandoning some of the old stand by favorites. Look for some pretty cool flavor combinations to come.

What better way to celebrate LIFE than with our signature “BEER BREAD” that was developed exclusively for The Breckenridge Brewery’s newest venture, THE ALE HOUSE AT AMATO’S. The Beer Bread. Is mixed 100% with Breckenridge Brewery’s Small Batch 471 IPA. The full flavor of this incredible beer is well represented in this bread, complete with a fantastic hoppy finish. It is made in the fashion of an old world rye with a hint of sour, a hint of caraway, and a whole lot of beer. The Ale House is featuring this Beer Bread throughout their menu. Please come sample this bread and taste for yourself.
